The Flight Desk provides a premium travel concierge service including the research, booking and coordination of flights, hotels and transfers, as well as the delivery of travel documents via WhatsApp.
Access to the service
The service is accessible on request, by email. No online registration is required. Access is confirmed through direct exchange between the client and The Flight Desk.
Pricing
Fees are provided on a quote basis, depending on the nature and volume of services requested. No amount is charged without the client's prior explicit agreement.
Payment methods
Payments are accepted by bank transfer, card, and cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, Bitcoin). Precise terms are confirmed at the start of each service engagement.
Invoicing
An invoice is issued on request for each service, compliant with accounting and expense reporting requirements for businesses and self-employed professionals.
Cancellation and amendment
Any request for amendment or cancellation must be submitted by email as promptly as possible. Cancellation conditions applicable to third-party providers (airlines, hotels) are those of those providers and do not fall under the responsibility of The Flight Desk.
Liability
The Flight Desk acts as an intermediary and coordinator. Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of delay, cancellation, or failure attributable to a third-party provider. In the event of disruption, The Flight Desk commits to using all available means to find an alternative solution as promptly as possible.
